Apologies for the missed blog post yesterday, I actually suffered from a mild form of heatstroke and a severe stack of stinky clothes, which resulted in me being present in the laundry room for long periods of time. So please enjoy this behemoth of a post, combining two days of intense cycling and awkwardly filtered photos!!! :D
Day 3: A Game of Thorns
(I stepped on a thorn that day, it really hurts).
The winds were so strong, the bicycles we parked carefully near the pavement fell in a domino-like fashion. Tiffany fell down too, but from a completely different and hopefully hilarious circumstance. (Btw. this is the exact moment where I stepped on a thorn that sneakingly schmoozed its way inside my shoe )
The tall, 16 year-old Alvin is what you get when you feed your baby nothing but straight up calcium pills and protein shakes from the moment of birth. On a very different note, I find it irritating how parents still continue to age their babies in months instead of years when they're over a year old. If I were to adapt this flawed mentality, my beautiful baby Alvin would still be a tender 192 months of age, whereas in reality he looks 19.2 years old.
Day 4: A Song of Ice Packs and Injuries
Our 2nd stop of the day was a road shop which specially served refreshing shaved ice deserts with red bean and chewy mochi. As you can tell, Tiff is really annoyed by the fact that we were taking more photos than actually eating. We actually had to hold this pose for forty seconds because Tiff kept on missing the photo button.
